STACK HOUSE JEWELLERY – TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all purchases, services, repairs, custom work, and transactions conducted with Stack House Jewellery (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services or purchasing products, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:
1. General Terms
- All sales, services, and transactions are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Stack House Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
- Prices, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Product Sales
- All items are sold as described at the time of purchase.
- Due to the nature of jewellery, slight variations in weight, color, and stone appearance may occur.
- All diamond and gemstone grading (if provided) is based on industry standards but may vary slightly.
3. Custom Jewellery
- A non-refundable deposit is required before any custom work begins.
- Once production has started, changes may result in additional charges and delays.
- Final payment must be completed before delivery or pickup.
- Custom items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4. Repairs & Services
- All repair timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Stack House Jewellery is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Weak or worn settings
- Stones becoming loose or lost due to structural issues
- Customers are advised that repairs may further stress delicate jewellery.
5. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Full payment is required before release of any item.
- Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or item after a reasonable holding period.
6. Buyback / Scrap Transactions
- All buyback transactions are final once completed.
- Identification is required for all sell or trade transactions.
- Payment values are based on current market conditions at the time of transaction.
7. Warranty & Liability
- Any warranties provided are limited and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Stack House Jewellery is not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Loss of stones after purchase unless covered under a specific warranty
- Customers are encouraged to maintain independent jewellery insurance.
8. Pickup Policy
- Customers will be notified when items are ready.
- Items not picked up within 90 days may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
- Stack House Jewellery reserves the right to resell or dispose of abandoned items to recover costs.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- If an exception is made, items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Returned within the specified timeframe
- Custom, altered, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
10. Privacy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used only for transaction and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Stack House Jewellery’s liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing, selling, or using services from Stack House Jewellery, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
